The scheme involved a completely new internal redesign along with a new bespoke single storey extension to create an open plan living area.

​

Roof glazing and slot windows were incorporated to allow specific sun light to enter the living area.

​The simple yet perfectly formed and elegant single storey rear extension created a large open plan living area with large bi-fold doors to link to the newly landscaped garden.
