Orchard Close is a private residential cul-de-sac in Surrey. The site is in a great residential location ideal for family living and close to the local village.

The client required renovation to the poorly maintained bungalow to create a modern and contemporary dwelling, while creating a new open plan living space.

​

The design re-organised the internal layout to create a better flow for family living while retaining the same number of bedrooms. The client gained permission under permitted development to extend the rear of the property, which enabled a new modern and contemporary kitchen, dining and living space. This created an open plan layout, which is the heart of the bungalow for family living.
