Philip Roy is a Chartered Architect offering all architectural work stages.

​

He studied in London and South East England gaining a Bachelor of Arts degree and post graduate degree along with successfully becoming a Chartered Architect after studying Management, Practice and Law in Architecture.  He gained a first class honours, a distinction and a merit along the way to becoming a qualified architect in 2013.

Philip has a wealth of experience in a variety of architectural sectors from designing and building new specialist healthcare and laboratory facilities, education facilities, commercial business space, residential and mixed use developments.

PRA offer architectural services from initial feasibility studies through
to detailed design and production information.

PRA can offer a range of bespoke architectural services.
All RIBA work stages are covered up to practical completion. We deal with all aspects of planning permission, building regulation approval and construction drawings.

Our skills lie in our ability to rigorously research, explore, develop and visualise our design proposals. We take care to develop our designs in collaboration with our clients and consultants, and ensure that we communicate our ideas in the most appropriate manner.

PRA makes use of the latest design and modelling technology along with having a deep understanding of the building process including a thorough understanding of legislative and technical requirements for all types of sectors.
